What is the structure of our rugs?

Bottom: The bottom is made of upgraded non-woven fabric and features thousands of anti-skid points, which enhance friction without damaging the floor.

Interlayer: The middle is composed of a 0.4-inch thick high-density sponge, which not only improves softness but also enhances sound absorption.

Surface: The surface is covered in 1.7-inch long fluff made of high-quality, stain-resistant polyester fiber that does not fade or shed.

How to care for your rug?

Vacuuming: Vacuum your rug regularly (without a beater bar) to maintain its life and beauty.

Shaking: Take your rug outside and give it a powerful shake to loosen dirt and dust, allowing it to air out and soak up some sunlight.

Spills: Clean small spills immediately by blotting with a clean, dry (dye-free) cloth. Do not rub, just press firmly on the affected area to absorb the liquid.

How is the rug packaged? The product is packaged in a vacuum-sealed bag. After removing the rug, please shake it and stretch the edges. The memory foam will return to its normal state within 2-3 days. Alternatively, you can use a dryer to remove any wrinkles.

My rug has a chemical odor. Is this normal? It is normal for some rugs to have a mild chemical odor when first opened. This is because the dyes, yarns, backing, and packaging materials all have natural odors. These odors will typically dissipate within about a week.
